Our terms,
in plain English.
This page is not a contract. It is the structure we work from. If anything below changes for your release, it is written clearly and reflected in the live campaign receipts.

NOT A CONTRACT
Splits.
Clear from day one.
The default is 50/50 of net revenue per release, calculated as gross revenue minus distributor fees.
Ownership.
Defined per release.
You retain ownership unless something is explicitly assigned for a specific release. Masters, publishing, name & likeness are listed line-by-line in the deal sheet. Anything not listed stays yours.
Recoupment.
None unless agreed upfront.
We do not recoup release marketing, artwork, creative assets, rollout costs, or campaign work by default. If a release ever needs a recoupable cost, you approve it first in writing. It is capped, named clearly, and added to the deal sheet before we spend it.
Marketing spend.
Dashboard with live insights.
Every campaign comes with a dashboard that gives you live insights into the campaign. You see realtime spend, what we spent on, what came back, and the current status of the campaign.
Reporting.
Monthly dashboard updates.
Once a month, we update your dashboard with statements from the distributor. Alongside those statements, you can see spend stats, campaign performance, and status notes in one place.
What changes per release.
We tell you the variables.
Some things flex per release: marketing budget, recoupable items (if any), creator/PR strategy, territory focus, and timeline. The structure (splits, ownership default, and reporting) does not.
